Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSX-V: FAIR) management team has extensive knowledge in  mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets, specifically gold, in North America.

Luís Martins

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT

Mr. Martins has 30 years of experience in the exploration and mining sector. He graduated from the Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon (1973) and has a MsC in Economic Geology from the same faculty (1995) and also several national and international post-graduation courses. He was a former Director of the Mineral Resources Department at the Geology and Mining Institute (the Geological Survey) and a former Director of the Mines and Quarries Department at the Directorate-General of Energy and Geology (the Mining Authority). He has participated in several national and international research projects, especially in the mineral exploration, environmental geology and mining heritage fields, the majority of them with co-ordination functions and coordinated several international working groups, like the “Mineral Resources Topic Network” and the “Minerals Policy Sector” of the EuroGeoSurveys (1997- 2002) and the CYTED Ibero-American Network “Land Use and Mineral Resources” (2002-2007).

He was the Portuguese representative on the “Raw Materials Supply Group” of DG Enterprise and Industry of the European Commission (June 2010- August 2012) and, as an expert, on the “UNECE Expert Group on Resource Classification” (October 2010-August 2012). He has more than 100 national and international peer review publications and has participated in 375 congresses, workshops and seminars, presenting papers in 93 of them, being also a teacher in more than 20 short courses for graduated students

Robert Rosner

Chief Financial Officer, Director

Mr. Rosner has over 30 years of extensive experience as a mining industry entrepreneur and executive who, in addition to acting as a Director and CFO of Fairchild Gold Corp., is also Chairman and CEO of CAT Strategic Metals Corporation, a Director and former executive of Lucky Minerals Inc., and a Director and CFO of EMgold Mining Corporation. He was instrumental in founding of several junior exploration mining companies where he played significant roles in the management and growth of these companies. These included multiple resource ventures that were involved in early-stage exploration, resource location, delineation, and development.

Mr. Rosner has been an officer and director of both Canadian and U.S. listed companies, providing senior management of compliance reporting, oversight and other fiduciary capacities and directing corporate activities. He also has significant experience in Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Mergers & Acquisitions and reverse takeovers (RTO).

Diane Mann

director

Ms. Mann is the Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations Manager for Lucky Minerals Inc.. She has been involved in the venture capital financial marketplace for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience to the team in a variety or areas. Ms. Mann began her career in the investment industry and over the years has worked with several mining resource companies, primarily in executive administration, corporate communications, and special project coordination. As an experienced leader and team member, she is focused on supporting complex organizations through periods of constant and rapid growth through the proper application of strategic communications, stakeholder liaison, and project management. Ms. Mann has a BSc. From the University of Manitoba.

Victor Cantore

Director

Mr. Cantore is a seasoned capital markets professional specializing in the resource and hi-tech sectors. He has more than 20 years of advisory and leadership experience having begun his career in 1992 as an investment advisor and then moving into management roles at both public and private companies. During his career he has organized and structured numerous equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture partnerships and strategic alliances. Mr. Cantore serves on the boards of various companies both private and public.

Michel Lebeuf Jr.

Corporate Secretary

Michel Lebeuf is a member of the Quebec and Canadian bar associations and is a partner in the Business Law Group with Dunton Rainville LLP in Montreal, Quebec. Mr. Lebeuf has extensive experience in corporate and regulatory compliance, securities laws, corporate finance and in merger and acquisition negotiations. He has advised underwriters and issuers in financing transactions, IPOs, direct equity offerings, acquisitions, private investments, and rights offerings, primarily on the CSE and TSXV exchanges.
